I order regularly from this location and generally have great service, love the workers etc. mobile order today, didn’t receive cream cheese on two of the four bagels. Called twice and no one picked up, and there’s no way to leave a message. Cream cheese is 1.90, so that’s $4 out of my pocket. Einstein needs a convenient and quick way for customers to be compensated when mistakes are made.

This is the best Einstein bagels you will go to in the state. I’ve been to a lot of them and non-compares. The only other Einstein bagel that was better than this was back in the day in Commerce my friends mom Colleen was the GM. Ferdarrel is amazing he always greets me with a hug smile and a positive attitude give him a raise! Christian made my food today and it was so good. We got two breakfast sandwiches the all nighter and a plain bagel with turkey egg, and cheddar...

I have eaten here so many times I lost count. Several years ago, sandwiches were always perfect and delicious, then around or after covid, it got pretty rough, sandwiches would be missing ingredients or just kind of gross. Thankfully it seems like things started to turn around and get better again in 2024/2025.
