Not only was an item missing, but the app auto filled in a $5 tip I didn't authorize on a pickup order, when I double checked what I had ordered. I specifically put $0 for a pickup, but when I double checked my order, it must've put it back to $5 before I hit pay. I didn't realize it was there until I saw my bank account charge, and customer service is an email note with zero actual human interaction. The food is good, but I just got takeout for 3. Ordered 2 Tortelini dishes, but I got home to find they gave us ziti instead of Tortelini…. Not an even substitute in my opinion. So, we are disappointed.
