Reserved a table at 8:00.. we waited until 9:00, not even water was served. Came out inform the guy at front. Not even an apology. The menu have relatively high price from others. I wish I could eat and say how bad the food was.

We went 6pm on a sat, seated on time was over one hour before the chef came to table. Resturant is very tired, wait staff seemed indifferent was not something I would do again. Very disappointing ?

Ordered carry out and I had to discard both my husband's and my meals because the chef smothered our food in sriracha, making it inedible. We were extremely disappointed.

Made reservations at 8 o'clock. Server didn't know what he was doing still in training. None of the other staff didn't bother helping him. Didn't get our food cook until 9:30. Didn't leave the restaurant until 10:30. Will never eat here again. Had a shellfish allergy at our table. And the cook decided to put seafood on the grill first before the steak. And he didn't bother cleaning the grill and put the stake in the same location where the seafood was on the grill. Also the cook offered the person that had the allergy the seafood. Couldn't believe it will never visit again. What a birthday dinner?

The receptionist was so rude she had the worst attitude I have ever received when walking in the restaurant!!!! She needs to be fired if she hates her job so much!

My husband and I used to come to this location all the time till we got burnt out.....it was great THEN! Now it is terrible......not clean...the server we had was the worst ever.....the cook was excellent and polite......I thought that it would be a good experience because the outside was newly remodeled but it was a total distraction from what's going on inside the place.....I pray they restructure there brand ..... it was amazing at one point!

We waited two hours for our chef because they were under staffed at our last visit, and the ladies’ room looked like a war zone. The time before that we waited an hour for our table despite having a reservation for the same reason. They took forever to get our drinks and the ice cream just didn’t happen with the 6 course meals. If you are looking to celebrate an occasion at Troy Benihana, plan on many hours and make sure to use the restroom before going into the restaurant.

Unorganized, disrespectful and garbage service ! The manager Leon is a racist towards blacks and people of middle eastern decent . I saw first hand his treatment towards minorities. This manager is sorry excuse of manager. The suit isn’t going to cut it for you Leon you have Zero customer service skills and I will see to it that everyone I know will never eat at your establishment again . You may think it’s ok to treat people like that where you’re from but in America it will not fly! Either you have the same respect for everyone or you will get the same outcome every time . I placed my order over the phone for an ocean treasure and a filet and shrimp like I always get for years now. My total was $122.60 and the food was disgusting and was not presentable . It looked a mess! I already knew the experience I would be getting once I encountered management. Leon also tried involving a staff member in his spat with me but she felt really awkward and embarrassed and didn’t respond rather kept quiet . I tried to tell him to leave the woman out of it as she isn’t stepping away in awkward silence . But Leon doubled down on his arrogant disrespectful attitude and said she isn’t responding because she’s his employee. Leon needs to be sat and talked with by management and a possible leave of absence he may encounter a guest who might not be as kind as I amAnd I just hope he isn’t as tough as he was with me . I felt threatened and told him I would be filing a compliant with this location as well as corporate . I hope he is terminated

Shut. Down. The. Place. If. You. Are. That. Incapable.It took 15 mins for a table. North of 2 hours just for a chef to show up at our table. Since it's hibachi, it's takes additional 30 mins to get food served. Almost 3 hours to get a five course meal on the table. Asian manager claimed being short staffed, but reading from reviews it's been like this for the past couple of years. And with an average of 35$ per Hibachi dish, this is horrible.Please don't reply with the idiotic auto 'Benihana listens' replies. We don't care. Shut the place down.

04/6/24 9:00 pm. This location is super slow and shoty of chefs. We waited 1 hr and 30 mins before the chef arrived which was entirely too long! We got our bills half off the inconvenience but I will not return.
