This is the longest review I’ve ever done, but unfortunately public notice is needed. we had a reservation at 6:15, we get there at 6:00pm on the dot just incase they are faster than anticipated. 6:40 we finally get sat. Took 15 minutes for drinks alone. We never got kids menus so when we finally got them another 10 minutes later we could check them out. Seated 30min after reservation time, not informed of chef shortage until seated. Our party was seated in the coldest section of the restaurant (as mentioned by the waitress) we had to keep our winter coats on the entire time here. No chef until 2 HOURS after arrival! Never going to another Benihana after this experience.
