The sushi is fresh and has consistent taste no matter what time and day I go. Love it! “This place is awesome! They are sooo nice and friendly when you enter, the food is super good. When you order Togo the food is still hot after 30+ min. The hibachi menue is great, chicken steak and shrimp 10/10! And their miso soup is perfect! last but not least, portion size is great for dine in and Togo! I drive 30 min both ways to get their food.“
“I'm a big fan of Ube flavored foods. And this was the first time trying cotton cake because I heard that they had Ube flavored Japanese cheesecake. The cake was moist and fluffy, wasn't too sweet, it was pretty good for a Japanese cheesecake, but the flavor didn't really have that authentic Ube taste to it. I've tried other Japanese cheesecakes and this place is good, but not as comparable to the others I've had. The employees were kind and attentive. And the place itself was very cute. They have a different variety of ice creams, pastries and cakes. The cheesecake with Nutella and pistachio was pretty tasty.“
“We’ve been coming to Tomo for 8 years now I think, we did the math the other day. My friend who recently moved back to Japan would really only go here because her mom wouldn’t go anywhere else really- especially if it was for ramen or anything not sushi.It’s amazing! Huge bang for your buck, great food, great service, and so much to try out. Sashimi is what my father gets and loves every single time and insists it’s some of the best he’s had and always consistent. I always get tonkastu here because it amazing and I know I’ll be disappointed if I have it from anywhere else.That said, there can be a little bit of language barrier if you only speak English (which is fine! The servers are amazing!) so special orders may not work out, it’s best order what looks good to you and stick to it (unless allergies of course).I bring friends and family here every time, and every time we all leave happy, full, and planning he next trip.Edit: A few tips! Stack your dishes and place them on the end of the table when you’re done, we’ve done this every time and dishes are picked up as they go by.The servers are not huge on talking, it’s just how it is, I personally don’t mind at all because I come to eat food not have a conversation.Go IN if you can, I’ve never ordered take out from here just cause I always figured the amount of food I’d get with that would be a pain to carry home.“
“Lunch Deluxe Bento box is great. A ton of food, but it's not always consistent. The Sesame Chicken and General Tso's Chicken are good, not great. The California roll is very good as well. They do have amazing prices for the amount of food you get.Parking: Small parking lot with the Starbucks drive thru that can block the parking at times. Getting out of the parking lot onto the street if you're turning left is definitely difficult, but it's a strip mall on a busy corner but that's not their fault.“

“It was a nice, cozy place and staff was friendly. We ordered the chicken yaki udon, chicken omurice, and 4 rolls of sushi (california roll, kazoku roll, las vegas roll, square lake roll). Everything tasted great but our favorite was the las vegas, square lake roll, and the yaki udon.“
