This is by far my favorite sushi spot on a budget. Their spicy tuna is my go to. This place deserves more recognition as it’s the best sushi you can get for the price
We went to Aji Sushi for the first time today, not only was the food amazing, but so was the service! Our server Elyse made our experience 1000x better, she was so kind and helpful, she definitely elevated our experience! Everything about the restaurant was incredible, the food especially the sushi was so fresh and filling, the speed of service and wait time was great, and again our server Elyse was just so amazing! 100% recommend!
I had the steak and shrimp hibachi and it was delicious! Very generous portions, particularly with the fresh stir fried veggies. Steak was cooked perfectly. Very friendly staff and super fast service!

The food is amazing, and so is the service. Everything about the restaurant is incredible. The food, especially the sushi, is so fresh and filling. The speed of service and wait time is great. The steak and shrimp hibachi is delicious with very generous portions, particularly with the fresh stir fried veggies. The steak is cooked perfectly. The staff is very friendly and the service is super fast. The food is really enjoyable and is a really great deal for an all you can eat. The service did seem a little slow, but from the sign outside it looks like they are actively looking for servers. Overall, this is a great food experience. This place is great. All you can eat sushi for what one would spend on apps and rolls anyway. It tastes great, and the service is good. Attentive but not overbearing. Never crazy busy. The food is always delicious, the restaurant is clean, the price is amazing for all you can eat, and the service is great.
