I only went here because eating here was a convenient way to keep my American Airlines miles active (it's part of the AA dining program and we were at the mall anyway).

The smoothie bowl was tasty, although I feel like it's one of those things that isn't as healthy as the marketing implies. It was quite sweet. We also got a salad, which was just OK - ingredients and quality seemed cheaper than the price suggested.

I’m a longtime customer of BJ and this is the first negative experience I’ve ever had. My beet salad was smaller than ever with several old, wilted and black pieces of romaine. It was not fresh and I should have returned it but I was already out of the area with the takeout. The service at the counter was good but the salad not so much.
