Absolutely delicious BBQ! 🤤🔥 In my opinion, this is exactly what a great BBQ ribs spot should be. The ribs were big, meaty, tender, and packed with flavor 🍖😍, and there were plenty of tasty sides to choose from. The menu has a really nice variety, so there’s something for everyone. The different sauces were all pretty good and added a nice touch, although I think a good mustard-based sauce would be a fantastic addition!...

Love the Okra! The Nachos were good topped with brisket only thing I didn’t care for was the nacho chips not very tasty like I am used to . So not sure I order again but I will definitely go back & order something different and definitely the Okra. Everything looks delicious so will be back

We had a large catering order, and the Billy Sims team was fantastic! The food was generous, very good, and enjoyed by everyone. The owner was supportive, helpful, and ensured our food was perfect for the event. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a BBQ caterer.
