I was expecting a lesser than normal experience considering this location is in a mall, but I was wrong. The food was hot and delicious, and the service was fast and excellent. I especially wanted to shout out a gentleman named Edmund, who went around asking if we needed anything and letting us know refills are free. I'm so happy to have a Chic-fil-A so close to home.

Today we had chick Fil a . It was good as usual, but something different happen at this location. They had one of their workers go table to table.
we're the people were eating chick fil. A. And a chicken fil a worker was Checking on them, making sure their meal was correct. They had everything they needed, and if they needed anything else? And today was over and beyond at this chick. Fil a location, I hope they continue it. It was a great experience !!!!

Restaurant located on third-floor food court, travelled in snowstorm to acquire specific sandwich for girlfriend. Concierge directed me to topmost level of mall. Had my order taken while I was queued in line, food was prepared exact, I ate four fries on the drive home
