The service and food was truly sub-par and tasted very awful. I have dined there many decades and never was i completely disappointed. Not sure if we will ever patronize this location. THEY NEED A NEW MGTM.TEAM AND PROPER TRAINING FOR ALL EMPLOYEES ON CUSTOMER SERVICE TACTICS. THEY ARE TRULY LACKING THERE AT THE TROY LOCATION NEER OAKLAND MALL. THE EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE TODAY!!!!

First time coming here from Canada, what an awesome experience. Food came out fresh, hot, and delicious. Tracie was fantastic, super nice & informative & during our short time here she made sure to check up on us several times.
