This location is very clean and updated. I would like to mention that Kennedy provided fantastic, professional and polite customer service. She is such a wonderful representation of the company. My son and I really enjoyed our time. We signed up for a membership and can’t wait to continue the experience we had here at this one. I highly recommend celebrating and enjoying at this location.

Staff has been pleasant with every visit but I do agree with some other reviewers that they do run a bit slow sometimes but most of the games always seem to be running. Be careful on a Friday through Saturday evening though because they of course are very busy.

I have noticed that quite a bit of games will be out of order without there being a sign up because when so many people use it it tends to mess up. Also a lot of items get lost with the little kids and...

Overall decent experience. Be nicer if Adventure Zone (playground) was included on admission like original playground in year’s past. Not a fan of additional upsells of spare cards ($2) and card cords ($3) where you’d think they’d be provided for costs already involved.

Search for Chuck E. Cheese Groupon prior to arriving to get the best bang for your buck. Outside of inflated costs; great experience. Fun gameplay for the kids and...
