Had the most amazing time at Coopers Hawk it. I was greeted fast and friendly. And Jesse helped is with our wine tasting and was super helpful with wine choices and describing where the wines were from and how they were made and flavors . Definitely will do

I have been a wine club member for years and enjoy going here for wine tastingsHowever due to constantly increasing prices and the fact that they no longer allow you to pick your own tastings I will be canceling my membership. Additionally, the food always leaves much to be desired whenever I have had dinner here. The food is mediocre, I expect more for what they claim is a "fine dining" experience.

I ordered a chicken dish that had a lemon butter sauce listed on the menu. Luckily I had an excellent server that inquired about allergies as the sauce is made with shellfish, to which I am allergic. Nowhere did the menu call this sauce out as having anything to do with shellfish. The waitress did recommend another sauce option, which was not great, but not bad either.

We came her for our "C" restaurant (a new restaurant each month for date night all in alphabetical order) based on the reviews and recommendations of seven of our friends. The next closest got only two recommendations, so Cooper's Hawk it was, and we don't regret it. YUM! My husband ordered a fish dish. He seemed pleased with it. I order the white wine flight and the vegetarian enchiladas. So flavorful! Together we had the roasted brussels sprouts and the caramel creme brûlée. Again, incredibly flavorful. We had Jenna as a server. She was very sweet and gave us great service. Two managers checked on us. Very nice tough. We felt very welcome. Thank you, Cooper's Hawk!Vegetarian options: They had a small section on their menu dedicated to vegetarian entrees. All three sounded amazing. It was tough to choose. Our other choice for our date that night was a fully vegetarian restaurant, which I would normally insist upon. But Cooper's Hawk had many more recommendations from our friends AND what sounded like yummy vegetarian options. It did not disappoint.

Food was decent. Execpt for my filet was not cooked to order. So i had to wait for another to be cooked and eat my meal after 4 others at my table had already finished theirs. Service started out great but quickly declined. We couldnt figure out where our waitress kept disappearing to. Likley wont return again.

The food and service were fantastic. I wouldn’t recommend the wine tasting though. There is no system for waiting in line to get a space at the bar. People just elbow their way in and take cuts. Strange way to run it. I wouldn’t do this part of the experience again.

The food was good I had spaghetti and meatballs and a lot of the rest of the table had gnocchi. It was weird that all of the pasta dishes had peas in them lol. Our server was great and really took care of us. We went for my friends birthday and she brought out truffles and candles and even offered to take our photo later in the evening. Even though it was a Saturday night and really busy, we still felt like we could hear ourselves and enjoyed the time together.

It was pretty busy on Friday night, but we were still seated pretty quickly. Our server, Patrick, was outstanding. Our food was very good - husband had a hamburger and I had fish with coconut curry which was excellent. My only criticism is the noise level. It is a very noisy restaurant so don't go expecting a quiet dinner.
