Emily was our sweet amazing server. Drinks always full, every need met and patience in the beginning was priceless. Kinga the manager took care of a sticky situation for us, with grace, kindness and attention. Much appreciated on our son's graduation day. I took my mother here for Mother’s Day and it was a disaster. We waited two hours for food and it was terrible. We were offered a meek apology from the manager but nothing more. No discount offered, no reason for the delay. It wouldn’t have been so bad if our food came out ok, but it was AWFUL! The eggs were terrible (how do you mess up eggs?) The server Charteria was well-versed with the menu. She was attentive and personable. The manager Kinga came by asking about the server and food. We were impressed with her. The atmosphere was very uplifting. My meal was very good. I had the prime rib sandwich.
