One of my favorite places! A bit pricey but worth it. I went for their event last night “ The longest pasta table “! It was wonderful! I hope they do it again! Pasta, wine atmosphere, service and entertainment was over the top perfect! Took me back to Italy! I LOVED it!

It made for a perfect and memorable date night with my wife. She absolutely loved every moment of our visit. We highly recommend this establishment for anyone seeking a wonderful meal.

Amazing experience at the Lab. Each course is thoughtfully planned out and delicious. The food is fantastic as are the drinks. The service is very helpful and informative. The chef does a fantastic job and they will assist with any food allergies or restrictions. Only downside was every time I looked up I saw a big glowing dental practice sign outside. Thats just me though. Would totally eat here again.

This place is awesome! I reserved a dinner there in the middle of May, and it was among the best dining experiences I’ve ever had. The staff was very friendly, the wine tasting was fun and informative (not to mention the wines were delicious), and the food was incredible. Thankfully, I had the chance to visit Italy last year, and this place brought me right back in 6 amazing courses. Can’t recommend this place enough, if you have the money!

What an amazing venue to experience. Not having to worry about a menu and choices, they have the appetizers and main entrees for you and arriving timely, where conversation and friendship building occurs at your table. Their house wines were delicious! Kudos and hats off the awesome folks there . This is a MUST restaurant to frequent and enjoy.

A truly unique concept — a 5 course Italian tasting menu with an open kitchen and sommelier wine pairings right in Troy. When it's on, it feels like an intimate dinner party with world class Italian flavors. The atmosphere, staff, and Vino Lab wine bar next door are all fantastic.
That said, at $90 per person the execution needs to be flawless every single time — and unfortunately it isn't always. Cold dishes, small portions, and inconsistent pacing have been reported. A great experience on a good night, but call ahead and go in knowing it can be hit or miss. 🍝🍷🇮🇹
