So I usually would go get a ice cream cone maybe once or twice a month but the last two times I was there this lady India or wherever she's from was just right out RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL... She claims she's a manager but I was told she's not but either way it doesn't matter do your job like your supposed to do and show some RESPECT... She kept wanting to charge me extra for using my debit card and everytime I go there I've never been charged, I have documents...

My family likes dairy queen but often times we feel some branches lack in the original taste that we used to get when we were young.But this oakland mall branch is phenomenal.Though there was a line but it was quick to get our turn.Taste is yum and staffs are more than friendly!
