“Nicholas always takes care of us I’ve never seen a hard working young man He always make sure our icecream is delicious and is so kind he is always there everytime I come always treats us like family! I live 20 minutes away but I only come to this dairyqueen still cause of him no other dairyqueen I’ve been to gives us customer service like that their store is always clean and everything always comes out amazing never had a bad experience overall at this location!“

Everything is spotless, the service is really friendly, and the ice cream is always made perfectly. It is also a great location that is easy to get in and out of when you want a quick treat. My family likes dairy queen but often times we feel some branches lack in the original taste that we used to get when we were young.But this oakland mall branch is phenomenal.Though there was a line but it was quick to get our turn.Taste is yum and staffs are more than friendly!
