I was not satisfied especially being that I have been going to Dunkin quite frequently lately . I have ordered the same drink several times a roasted white chocolate latte iced with OAT MILK being that I am extremely sensitive to WHOLE MILK with a pump of peppermint mocha substitute the whip cream for cold foam . Well my drink did not taste the same at all there was WHOLE MILK instead of oat milk as I asked and even when I saw chocolate syrup surrounding my cup I told the young lady I didn't want that in my cup she advised that's what I requested but it's not . I didn't even receive the caramel swirl that comes on the drink . I have called the location numerous times with no answer .

I go to Dunkin quite a lot and I’ve never had an experience as bad as this one. The workers at the drive thru were rude and trying very hard to rush me with my order. I got the Large Chai Latte with cereal milk and a side of ice, the lady at the window gave me a medium cup of ice and the drink filled the medium cup with none left over. My sister for the Pumpkin Spice Latte and the drink was not filled up in the slightest the whipped cream barely reached the rim of the cup. There was no pumpkin and the drink was mostly sugar and espresso.

As it's was going to be 100 degrees today, I asked for no frosted nor glazed donuts in my order because it would just melt off. Those were my exact words when ordering. I repeated that when paying. What did I receive? 100% frosted and glazed. I am a regular customer and I am never particular about the donuts in my order but it was disappointing to get to work and discover an oozing mess.
