As it's was going to be 100 degrees today, I asked for no frosted nor glazed donuts in my order because it would just melt off. Those were my exact words when ordering. I repeated that when paying. What did I receive? 100% frosted and glazed. I am a regular customer and I am never particular about the donuts in my order but it was disappointing to get to work and discover an oozing mess.

5 stars because Luca is super patient! He got everything right and made my coffee exactly how I like it. You can tell he takes pride in his work and cares about the customers. Dunkin’ needs more people like Luca!

Have the hardest time getting order accuracy from this location.
Even when I post out the mistakes on the screen, I'm told they have it right and of course it's wrong.
Nothing complicated with my order, but it seems to really be a struggle here to get an Everything bagel.
But yet fast food workers want a premium wage. For very lackluster ability.
Will stop coming here. There are many other DD'S in the area.

First time coming here with a son before school drop off and went through drive thru. Worst experience. Car ahead of us took 15 minutes because she didn’t like her drink and it took them 5+ mins to do the exchange/return. And then the passenger in the car is requesting samples of the drinks. When I arrived, it was just the car in front of me and myself and by the time my turn came, there were at least 8 to 9 cars behind me. I would suggest you guys to ask those customers to go inside if they are planning on taste testing in a drive-through at 8:30 in the morning!!!!!

I told the lady that served me that this is unacceptable and there were no apologies/ acknowledgment, for waiting or no
professionalism. And then I hear in the background somebody else saying “we need to get the line going. There are many cars waiting”.

I got a iced matcha, I took a sip and got matcha chunks. Before I drove off I told the cashier and she said she will mix it more. She took my matcha “mixed it more” and gave it back to me.. It was still so chunky. Any other location I go to for matcha is always amazing and there’s never chuncks, she claimed that, that’s how matcha is but it is not. I also explained to her that other Dunkin locations matcha are smooth and there aren’t chunks. She proceeded to have an attitude with me for no reason.. The only reason I went to this location was because I was in the area, but never again.

Lots of options for coffee here it's a coffee place after all and I hear people love the coffee (mark wallburger, Ben fleck). I for one don't like Boston much or Boston culture, but the plentiful coffee and options for water with donuts are very refreshing

I went through the drive-thru

The young lady at window, i inform her twice make sure the bacon is well done.
I can't eat it if the bacon is not well done
Got home and this is what I was giving. I even when I got the window. I ssid you made sure the bacon is well done, "she replied We got you" yea you got me all right.
Very disappointed in you Dunkin' Donuts get it together but for me it's a no first impressions are Lasting Impressions

Always very nice customer service at this location, always clean and always wuick service in drive-thru. I always get the same drink everytime and they make it perfect! Large Caramel Frozen Drink with 6 caramel and no whipcream! It's so good. Download theor app so u can get reward $$ towards your purchases and so u can get some coupons! Very helpful!
