I stopped into this Einstein Bros Bagels location on a snowy Thursday to get a baker's dozen bagels with 2 tubs of cream cheese and a coffee for myself. It wasn't busy and they had everything ready to go quickly for me. They were very polite and fast. The pricing is also very reasonable. My customers really enjoyed their bagels!
There was some odd mix up with my online order that couldn’t be located but the manager was very kind and patient with me and that should be recognized. Thank you for the kind service
Devin, has a terrible attitude. I observed him for about 15 minutes waiting for my order, which he very rudely snapped wasn’t ready when I inquired (after waiting for quite some time already). He was not only rude to me, and other customers, but I witnessed him with his own coworkers as well. Very disappointed and will never be back.
