We held our private event in the enclosed patio at Firebird in Troy. The patio was heated and decorated to look like a lodge. All of our guests felt like they were in a homey environment. The food and the service was impeccable. Our guests were so pleased at the attention to detail and the promptness of the serving staff. The event manager, Jenna, made the entire planning process easy and stress free. She helped us set up our buffet menu and was there day of assisting in decorating...

The menu is average and, in my opinion, a little overpriced, but what isn't these days? I've had a good selection of items off their menu. I'll just say stay away from the 'pot pie' nonsense and the poutine.
Food aside, the staff is great and they know how to make a drink. The wait staff is friendly and they're pretty good.
There seems to always be something going on be it trivia, free live music, or dog days. So if you're looking...
