This location lacks any sort of consistency and I’m so annoyed that it’s the location closest to my house. Today I ordered breakfast on the mobile app and after waiting in the drive through for 10 minutes without anyone responding after they asked me if I was using my mobile app and I said yes. Came through the drive through at around 7pm on a weekday. I was the only car there at the time. I ordered Mcnuggets with sweet and sour sauce, a fish filet sandwich, extra fries, and a milkshake. After waiting almost 10 minutes for my order, despite being the only customer there, I went home to find the nuggets came with no sauce, the milkshake came with no straw, and the extra fries were not included in the bag. Best McDonald's in the area. Rochester Road is constantly under construction, so I order ahead, use the drive-thru, and hop back in traffic with eats.
