TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!’n to have a team of that many there!!!!! What is the point????? No type of greeting, no taking of the order!!! The feeling I got was it was because of my skin color of why I didn’t get proper service!!! That is not right today is Wednesday march 13th 2:20pm. The FRANCHISE have rules that each location HAVE to follow!!! It’s a slap in the face to see this billion dollar company have locations like this!!! This is one of the NICEST locations around here, why do this location have 3 star ratings?!!!! Dear owners/managers it’s because of the employees that you hire!!! Clearly the community is not pleased with this service!!!! I’m making this report hoping it’ll fall in the hands that it need to, to help McDonald’s as a whole be better. It’s three McDonalds all on the same block. This location is between both of them in a VERY good neighborhood!! They can’t use that as an excuse next time I come here and have the same experience I will politely speak my mind about the experience there to avoid this from happening or getting worse please train employees too follow the customer service guidelines and to treat the customer how they want too be treated when they are in the same settings. Please and thank you also it was mostly a women staff the only men that was there that I could see was all cooks. And it also isn’t this location first time being rude it’s my first time leaving a review because the service is not getting any better. So it makes me believe either this location owner is ok with this service or the manager is training them to act like this one or the other. So hopefully the franchise is able to resolve this issue soon.

Horrible customer service, drive thru worker stopped responding to me. I went up to the speaker and the lady said “hello?” And I placed my order and she just stopped responding. Horrible experience wasted a long time waiting for her to respond.

Service is lacking at this location. This is the second Troy location that is an issue. Ordered food and took 15minutes to receive. Waited patiently and did not complain as I was not in a hurry. Yet the staff was swearing and complaining about being short staffed. I had kids with me. Not professional in the least. Corporate needs to wrangle in their stores. Food was typical for a McD's but still not a food level to wait 15mins or longer for. Trash service and when there is a problem trash people who don't help, including no calls back from your corporate number nor an answer on the receipt number.
This is the kind of quality you get at this dump. How does one put a burger in with just the top bun missing. Can't wait til the robots take the jobs and franchises.

I left this store. I stood by the counter for 15 minutes waiting for service. The manager came by and I asked if anyone was assigned to take orders. She went looking for the individual and never returned . Lousy service.

My order was incorrect. I ordered a 4C. It was missing the lettuce and tomatoes. I was headed out of state before I realized the error. I paid for a McChicken deluxe and got a mcchicken meal. So I basically paid $4. More. Thats what socks.
