My husband and I met the lady who owns this while out to dinner lastnight while we were in Troy for work. She was so nice and true breath of fresh air. She told us about this place so we went this morning and tried The Power Up Shake. It is amazing 10 out 10!

service is always friendly! my fresh juice, smoothie bowl or smoothie is always good. i have to try the food next. i like that the menu is a pretty decent size if you’re looking for variety. patiently waiting for another location and will continue to be a loyal customer!
