“I’m surprised by the reviews. I had a great experience. All the reviews about the service - it’s not a sit down restaurant. Had the chicken Cesar pita. It was amazing. I’ll be back just for the pita not to shop at the mall! Chicken was marinated, very tender and juicy. Perfect amount of dressing. The Romain was fresh and crisp. French fries were almost like steak fries. Not overly greasy. Highly recommend checking this place out next time you’re shopping at the mall. Prices are typical.“

They provide excellent service and good food, and they get you in and out. I believe it was, which is too, delicious: Coney dogs, fries, and a drink. “Recently got a carry out from the Clinton Township location I ordered a bowl. It was very salty which I can only attribute to the rice since it’s chicken based the rest was grilled pork and fresh vegetables. I gave up half way thru just couldn’t handle the salty taste. Maybe they should sample it before serving?“

The restaurant bas seemed to be even busier as of late but the quality of service and food has been amazing. “This place is a landmark if you ask me. It's inside the Penobscot Building to start, which is worth a 10 minute walk through. l digress. From the amazing host and waitstaff to the owner who is regularly in house and working hard, to the phenomenal food they serve it's one of the best places to eat in an ocean of good restaurants. Watch for daily specials like Fish and Chips and the Greek Gyro. Gyros are why I go, but the patstitso, kebobs, fish, salads, and so much more are on point! If you like fast service for carry out this place is perfect. Parking can be tricky so I hit a spot on Fort Street a block or so away, or one of the lots. Go today!!!“

I ordered a farmers omelette cooked soft, and rye toast well done, very good! The presentation was as good to the eye, as it was good for the palette!! The waitress never removed my empty plate, no one likes plates not cleared when done. All the staff were friendly, and the time of day they were slow. I will stop in again when I'm in the area.“

I haven’t had an omelette that tasted so good from a restaurant other than this!I would 1000% recommend Drakes Cafe (near hall and mound area) to anyone looking for an excellent and homemade breakfast at Drakes Cafe!!

“I have been going to Olga's for more than 20 years in downtown Birmingham, Troy at Oakland Mall, and now usually in Royal Oak. For years the spiral cut French fries have been my favorite fries at any fast casual chain. Yesterday I was at Royal Oak and the fries have changed for the worse. There is a new batter style and they were too salty. Please bring back the old fries!!!“

The people working ther a fantastic as well. and I would highly recommend it if that type of food if you want. So go to Leo's family Coney Retaurant! “decent enough salad. The upcharge for a pita is $1. For half of a small pita. That at most places is included in the price of a salad. Irritating like when chinese places charge for white rice. At least give a whole pita if you gonna upcharge.“
