Efficient and friendly service (although I pre-ordered after Christmas and wanted this for NYE). There's one of their stores very close to me farther north but it's a "seasonal store", I couldn't place an online order from there, the lights are always out so I didn't waste any time with that. Maybe it's a head shop or something, it's Macomb County after all. Anyway, haven't had one of these OMG hams since the 90s (it was a family tradition) and was really craving one. I was able to order a 1/4 ham which was adequate for what I needed. They are pricey but well worth it. Even the 1/4 ham has enough bone to make some soup out of but I use smoked ham hocks for that.....just so you know.
Sidenote: There used to be a Honey Baked Ham store in W. Dearborn. Yup! 😁. Two decades ago an Arab co-worker there got a Honey Baked Ham in the office Secret Santa gift exchange thing. 🤣. He took it in stride, thought it was funny too. True story.

Super disappointed today, I love honeybaked and it’s always been a favorite, but I placed a phone order over a week ago for 16 box lunches for a work event and when I went to pick up they had no record of the order. It was a simple ordering process. They took my credit card and all of my information and found me in their system so I had no concerns of there being any hiccups . Not sure what was going on, but the staff was completely distracted when I was there today. It was late morning, before 11a. I witnessed long waits for a number of folks when they were only a handful of customers in the store. I understand the holidays are a busy time, but I’m very disappointed In the service provided - I let down my clients and I will not be using this location again.

I purchased a 3 lb smoked turkey for the Lions game. It was very dry. I didn't serve it to my guests.

As others have mentioned, the management at this location can be quite rude. Consider buying your holiday ham elsewhere.
My husband is there right now picking a 12 pound ham I ordered and paid for online several weeks ago. They handed him an 8 and a half pound ham. My husband says nope we ordered and paid for 12. He has a reciept with him. It’s a good thing he checked. Now he’s waiting for them to prepare another. we had an appointment to pick up at noon. It is now almost 1230 and they’re saying they don’t have the proper size and he’s going to have to dig one out from the back and glaze it. so my husband has to leave and come back and pick it up later and we’ve got tons of things to do before our party tomorrow. My husband said they’re being polite, but this is disappointing. I’ve always used the store and I don’t think I will next year. Expected better service paying this much for a ham

Hey Folks, this store is a great place to buy your ham for the holidays. Or, like me, anyday!
It seems like an independently run store, located in the Secretary of State's Mall. Much better buying it thru them, as opposed to online.
If you are there at the mall, be sure to pick up a half ham, along with sides. That will generally feed 3 families for a whole week!

I placed an order from here and when I got there, they acted like they could not find my order. The assistant manager Joe Was rude I would like for someone to call me from the corporate office
The MANAGER and STAFF were awsome!! I absolutely LOVE the service! They took my in store catering order for the Thanksgiving party at my job!! Totally PLEASED!! I would definitely recommend!!
