I love to cook, but baking is not my strong suit. So for that, I head over to the Troy location and let my nose do the shopping. When you walk in the door, your senses are nearly overwhelmed by the beautiful aroma of baking piesMy favorite is blueberry, but on this occasion, the meal called for cheesecake, I love their New York style, and they have a good variety of toppings to go on it. So whether a full pie, or pie by the slice. This is my to go spot.
Had a 4 berry pie delivered to Santa Fe, NM. Got rave reviews from my daughter there(originally from here). A little taste of home. Shipping in a perishable container was several times more than the pie, but worth it. Achatz took care of everything. Great job!

Highly recommend pre-order for the holidays! I waited for them to unload a fresh truck full of pies and left with everything I wanted! Excellent staff and VERY amazingly good smells... well worth the wait. I recommend this location for great service and friendly staff. Keep up the great work!
