The Honey Baked Ham store located on Long Lake in Troy, MI exceeded my expectations! I was in a major crunch and they delivered a large order same day! They offered first class customer service, delicious food in a small window of time with a smile. I can't thank Josh and his colleague (I don't remember her name) enough! They over delivered! Thank you so much for your great customer service! I wish every company operated like this!
We pre-ordered a ham for Thanksgiving and the entire process from order to pickup was seem less. There was a woman by the name of Diane who answered the phone when I called to see if I could pick up before our scheduled pickup time who was an absolute delight. It is such a pleasure to experience good customer service now a days.
