We order our burgers medium-rare, but they don't always show up medium-rare. In this case, the steakburger was perfectly medium-rare, juicy & flavorful. The skinny fries were a disappointment to both of us - rather dry & lukewarm. I stuck with a rating of 5 inspire of the fries, because the burger was so good, as was the warm carrot cake. Haven’t been her in ages and likely won’t return for many more ages. Sat at bar and was a good 10 minutes to be acknowledged. Ordered a drink went to bathroom and someone new sitting next to me, he orders and received his drink within minutes meanwhile still no drink for me. Our appetizers arrive and I cancel my drink. Tonight was the BEST dining experience I’ve had in I don’t know how long!! Josh was our server and he was absolutely fabulous!! He was prompt and friendly and very kind explaining why the prime rib comes out pink (it is supposed to!! But he explained it well and kindly!!) AND he still took it back to the kitchen when my friend was still uncomfortable with the color and they seared it very nicely without damaging the quality of the cut. My friend was VERY pleased!!
