I came to this location on 9/7/24 and the store was busy. There was 1 person working at the restaurant named Luke (from what my receipt says). He did an amazing job handling the orders and trying to get my order. Whoever the owner is of the store should give him a raise and also should have been there to support him and make sure he wasn't alone. Ordered here online several times over the last month and here’s my take. If you ask for extra of any of the freebies, they won’t do it. If you modify the sandwich in any way (either adding something to it that doesn’t normally come on it or selecting for it to have none of a particular ingredient), they’ll do it right about 1/3 of the time.
