The new beef curry with fried katsu is amazing. The high quality cuts of beef is perfectly tender and absolutely delicious. I hope they keep this new dish!! The dumpling sauce is the perfect blend of spicy, salty, sweet and is well balanced. It goes great with the fried chicken too. That said, I wish they put more meat given the price of each dish!
Visited Kimchi Box for the first time on Monday evening and there were not many people dining there. I ordered the Royal Bulgogi box which is a beef dish on white rice and it had excellent flavor. It came with salad as well the meal was delicious!
I had a chicken katsu curry. The chicken was not a katsu but 2 pieces of their boneless fried chicken. It was a little disappointment.
