Service was slow, appetizer came out quick but than waited for 45 or longer for our food that was cold. Couldn't really let the server know as she never came back. It took an hour and half for us to over pay for cold food.

Absolute textbook case of why most high-end chain restaurants are simply not worth a visit. The building's interior was modern and generic, save for the sushi counter which feels mildly out of place.
Service was prompt and our server was absolutely friendly and helpful.
The food however was fairly pedestrian and wildly overpriced. Specials like the crab fried rice were about one cup of cooked rice with two pieces of crab meat on top, for $29!!! Absolutely outrageous, but not to be outdone by the $17 edamame.
The final indignity is paying at an on table point of sale system that made the restaurant feel more like an overpriced Chili's than a quality peer to Ruth's Chris or Fogo di Chao.
At this price point, the restaurant should feel like a much higher end experience than it does.
If you need to pick a chain, there are better ones.
