Went there for Thanksgiving dinner. The dinner was delicious but the up charge I received when I got the bill was a shock!! The meal was advertised as $29.95 but when I received the bill the charge was $39.95, waitress said it was a $10 charge because we requested dark meat!!! I go to McVees regularly but I'm debating on going back, I don't like being scammed!!!

Good pub for locals. This place changed a few owners over last decade. Current place is overpriced in my opinion. But it is a nice stop to have a beer.

This place used to be a favorite until today! I brought my group of 38 went for a reserved happy hour and were treated terribly by one of the waitresses who berated the entire group calling us rude and complaining! I asked if they gave one members burger to someone else and she went off on the whole group! Very unprofessional, rude and unacceptable!The manager & owner were very kind and the owner apologized. However the waitress continued to tell my group that I was inside complaining about her! Again very non professional!!We will NOT be back!

Food is average and potato skins burnt, crazy that you pay the same price for sandwiches at most restaurant, but have to pay more for sides. Makes it expensive for average food. The food was good for being average. Bartender was excellent on every expect.
