My daughter and I enjoyed a Mothers Day lunch here together. The food was fresh and tasty. We shared a strawberry salad and hamburger. Kitchen kindly split the entrees for us in back. Nice wine offerings and mimosas. Popovers came out fresh from the oven served with their strawberry butter- yummy!
Our server, Diane, has been with NM for years and always is very attentive and helpful! Love the food and details this restaurant offers. It is like being at a high end hotel, but reasonable. Tablecloths and fabric napkins. The demitasse cups of consommé and house made popovers with strawberry butter are an amazing beginning! I ordered a Maurice salad with the best dressing, served on the side. The variety in the large menu offers salmon, chicken, tacos and much more....elegantly...
We typically enjoy our lunch here, but today was horrible. The service took forever...we were there for 2 hours. Three of our meals were made incorrectly and she charged us for items we didn't consume. There was no apology for the slow service by anyone at the restaurant. It's not inexpensive, but normally we don't mind paying for the service and experience. I will be hesitant to go back now.
