Noodles & Company Reviews
Not only was an item missing, but the app auto filled in a $5 tip I didn't authorize on a pickup order, when I double checked what I had ordered. I specifically put $0 for a pickup, but when I double checked my order, it must've put it back to $5 before I hit pay. I didn't realize it was there until I saw my bank account charge, and customer service is an email note with zero actual human interaction. Also, the staff members were having a full on friend conversation with a customer,...read full review
Awful experience at the Troy location. My husband and I had our first date at Noodles and Company back in 2007. When traveling we decided to pop in and get some carry out to relive those days. Well we were met with extremely rude personnel. The establishment closed at 10 pm. We walked in at 9:20 to get carry out and we were told no chicken was allowed to be ordered whatsoever. Disappointed at the treatment of disabled customers at this location.
When I walked in I was told that I could only get my order to go since I had my seizure alert service dog with me.
After explaining that my dog was a service dog I was told that the regional manager had instructed the location's staff to follow this discriminatory policy.
The redeeming factor was that upon receiving my order I was able to dine inside without anyone saying anything.

Noodles and Company is a pasta-focused restaurant that aims to provide a top-notch dining experience. With a variety of pasta options, including gluten-free choices, customers can enjoy traditional Italian dishes, Thai flavors, and family-friendly macaroni and cheese. The restaurant offers good food and drinks, although service can sometimes be slow, and the atmosphere may include dirty tables or floors. The staff is generally friendly, and the food often looks appetizing, resembling dishes served in sit-down restaurants. For those with dietary restrictions, gluten-free options are easy to find. Some meals, like the Korean steak, may be disappointing considering the price, but overall, the restaurant provides a convenient and enjoyable experience for pasta lovers.
