Came here to celebrate a couple of birthdays. For some of us it was the first time here. I was a bit skeptical as I had been disappointed with other meals elsewhere finding service was below par and food either just ok or overdone. So Ocean was a very pleasant surprise. Beautiful patio and also inside. Staff very helpful and top 👏. They offered choices ,suggestions if you want. We had grouper and sea bass in a very light sauce. Everything was awesome. Jay, our waiter, was outstanding. We ate on the patio and it is very noisy with traffic noise on Big Beaver, but overall just an outstanding dining experience.

I reserved an indoor table at 6:45. While driving to the restaurant I received 3 texts starting 15 min before my reservation time, telling me my table was ready and to text back that I was on my way. As I was driving, I could not reply. When I arrived 3 minutes before my reservation time, I was told there were no tables inside available but we could sit outside or at the bar. No one could explain the texts other than to say they were automatic. They sat us outside. The weather...
