I returned here to find some pleasant changes- they added a loyalty stamp card (get 10 drinks get one free) and the addition of a giant size cup!! Unfortunately you have to order up at the front instead of the kiosk to get the giant option and get your stamp since the computer isn't updated. The giant size is 34 oz, the large 24 oz, and the medium is 16 oz (and the hot is 16 oz). If you order the giant, brown sugar drinks are $10.99 and other drinks are $9.99, and it includes a free topping. I'm not sure how it works with the specialty drinks though. I'm not going to lie, I ordered the giant size because it comes in a sturdy cup...no one would be crazy enough to need a whole liter of boba right?? Black milk tea, less sweet, 50% ice, mix of tapioca- the mix today was plain, mango, and sesame. The milk tea was a bit on the sweeter side so I would order it with even less sugar next time, but the tea flavor was strong. Since they make their boba in house, I really liked the ability to have various boba flavors. I could definitely tell when I got a mango boba, but the sesame was a bit more muted in flavor. They gave a generous portion of boba in the drink so I could enjoy the perfect qq texture. Oolong milk tea, less sweet, 25% ice, rose boba- GIANT size- definitely needed to have more ice or less sweetness in this one. The oolong tea was good quality, with a fragrance that matched the floralness of the rose boba. The rose flavor was pretty strong, at times it felt like I was eating perfume. I couldn't finish this drink, so I actually put it in the fridge overnight, then the next day I scooped out the boba and microwaved it and added it back into the drink, not too bad of a texture although it sounds blasphemous. The stamp card is way too large to fit in a wallet which is a draw back although it's pretty cool looking. I'll be back!

I am beyond amazed at the team here. I adore you guys and overjoyed by your drink quality. quality remains the same regardless of the maker, which unfortunately you don't find at most cafes (boba or coffee). I will be honest and say that timing is everything, if there is a line, you will be a waiting a bit, however if you time your visit right, you are in and out the door. Food takes longer than expected. Ambience is always phenomenal, their music is calming and sweet, i appreciate not having to listen to ariana grande whistle-screaming-singing about her wealth or boyfriend. Anyways, amazing cafe.

I've been here about once or twice before but I don't know if I'll be coming back. A few weekends ago, I stopped in and ordered a couple of drinks. It was about an hour before they closed. There was only 1 worker taking orders and making the drinks. That's fine, I didn't have a problem waiting. The employee took my order and I stayed and waited for it. She was calling out numbers for the drink orders but because I ordered at the register, I didn't receive a receipt or a number for my order so I assumed I didn't have a number and that they would just call my order out, like it was done in the past. I was beginning to get a bit concerned because the worker called a number and these 2 customers that ordered after us got their drinks before my order. So I just thought maybe their order was easier but then other people that came in way after me started getting their orders. I went to inquire about my order and the worker just looked at me, with an irritated response, she said she called our number. How can you call MY number when you didn't give me one to begin with. And you knew what I ordered because you took my order. So when you saw someone else take my order, you didn't say anything. And I'm pretty sure the couple that took my order, they didn't even know what they were drinking because I looked at them and they looked confused yet proceeded to put the straw in the drinks and drink them. So needless to say, the worker pretty much tried to blame me for the issue. I've never had this problem anywhere else. I've always been given a receipt with a number on it. Yeah, I don't think I'll be going back.

Admittedly I've only been here once ... but this may be my favorite boba spot in Michigan?! It's not hard to find great boba, but OneZo is on a different level. First off - they make their tapioca in-house! Super fresh with a perfect toothiness. And they have more options than just the standard black tapioca or popping boba - do yourself a favor and check out the sesame!! They have all the fun add-ons (here's looking at you, cheese foam) and you can customize the sugar as well. It doesn't hurt that this location is immediately next door to a Tous Le Jour! Bakery + boba all in the same block.

This place always has great tapioca, fresh and made in-house. The service is always great and every flavor of milk tea is delicious . The inside of the building is Instagram worthy and is a good place to charge a laptop while doing work.
