My wife ordered a large cheese pizza, a desert pizza and cheese bread with sauce and a ranch, which the kids love. We had the food delivered, and it was ok. The wife and kids loved it. I was not particularly hungry, so I had a couple of slices of cheese bread. The problem came in that we did not receive the ranch. My wife called and spoke to someone not sure if it was a manager or not. He said that they do not give credit, the reason the credit thing was asked for was because they said will not be sending the driver back out for just a ranch and what do you want him to do about it. Yes, it is only $1.50, but it was not our mistake, and we paid for delivery of all our food we paid for and tipped the driver. We also live very close so he could have delivered it or the money later on in the evening.The next day, the owner called me and apologized for the way the employee handled the issue and said it was basically a training issue and it would be rectified and he wanted smooth over the mistake in any way he could. I just said add the ranch to our next order, and thank you for addressing the situation. Originally, I rated the service rating a one-star, but since someone reached out to us to address the issue, I bumbed it up to 3 stars. Thank you for taking the time to speak with me.

This is the first time ordering from Papa Romanos and I have to say this is one of my worst experience. I ordered pizza for my kids at 7 pm with delivery. At 8pm, I called them to get an update on the pizza and they told me that the order got cancelled because driver could not make it. At least they could've called and said they couldn't give food to my kids. I asked them to make another pizza and I could pick it up and the person on the phone said they were closed even though Google listed them being open for another 1 hour! This is the worst place to get pizza. Do not recommend!

I'm cheap, I was looking for a delicious meal (for one) under 20 dollars. The staff was great the food was even better! My belly was very satisfied.Kid-friendliness: Kids love cookies. Papa has very tasty cookies!!

Okay, so there are two Papa Romano's on Crooks in Troy and that can be confusing. Especially because this one is good, and the other one we have not had much luck with. We used to have a Papa Romanos near my house growing up, so I grew up with Bambino bread and deep dish pizza! When it closed, I was sad. This location is further away and does not deliver to our house. The other location is close to my husband's work, so we have purchased from there a couple of times and it is just not the same. I decided to write this review because most times when I go in to pick up, it is the same guys in there. I like that and I think they deserve to be recognized for creating superior pizzas to the location down the street. (At least from our experience)And to the lady who gave a one star review for not tipping. I'm sorry, I have to comment. Shame on you. If you can't afford a tip, then you should not be getting it delivered, period, not debatable. It is not the driver's fault you don't have the money. Make yourself a PB&J and wait until you can tip, or don't order. Props to that driver for her standing up to people like you. I hope her boss secretly gave her a high five. You are the problem, not her. PEOPLE, IF YOU DON'T HAVE MONEY TO TIP, THEN DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY, GO PICK IT UP YOURSELF - OR DON'T ORDER.

Unfortunately my last experience was disappointing, embarrassing, disrespectful & just plan hurtful. I've been ordering from them, with delivery, every Friday for months & always gave a tip. As most people, my finances got a little bad for awhile even so...I still ordered my pizza. The last two times I ordered, I didn't have enough for a tip. The driver made it her Point to inform me that I haven't given her a tip the past two times she delivered to me. I explained that I didn't have tip money right now & if I did, I would have as I have done before. She continued to berate & argue with me about how much the pizza & delivery cost & if I had money for that, then I should have money for a tip. She explained that she makes her money through her tips & gas cost! All this in front of my patient. When I spoke to the manager about her behavior & how she spoke to me, he was apologetic & offered a free pizza. He explained that she was sent home but she will continue to work for the company. Even though the pizza has been good in the past. I can't & will not support any company that will allow their employees to talk to their customers that way. Nor did I want the free pizza. She cost them a regular customer & no referrals.

This is the 3rd and last time I will order from this location. At least the toppings were correct this time but there was ZERO sauce on the pizza. We basically got bread with toppings. Sad because this is my closest location.

The gentleman that took our order and was very helpful and friendly. Got the square deluxe (large) bbq wings an order of bread sticks and 3 bottles of pop (one for each of us) for under $50. Pizza was delicious crisp crust loaded with toppings and cheese and piping hot. At first glance the wings looked underwhelming as they didn't have much sauce however they were really good tender lots of meat and nice crispiness on the outside. They offer a wide variety of pizzas toppings and sandwiches for a fair price. They are located next to the bagel shop in the strip mall/shopping center. If I'm ever back in the area I'd absolutely stop by again!

We can’t stop talking about this pizza! It’s Delicious!! ? (Almost gave you guys 5⭐️, but no one acknowledged us when we walked in.) The pizza was the best we’ve had in awhile…The pizza was fresh light sauce cheesy and the buttery crispy pizza crust with the crunch was so good. Glad we stopped by before we went back home to Florida! This might be the best pizza we’ve ever had!!!!
