Even though Papa Romano's Pizza was extremely busy when I stopped in, the staff still provided excellent customer service. Everyone was friendly, professional, and worked hard to keep orders moving quickly. My pizza was fresh, hot, and tasted great. It's always nice to see a team stay positive and attentive during a rush. I'll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend Papa Romano's Pizza to anyone looking for great food and great service!
Usually the Italian and BBQ chicken dinners are excellent and theain reason my wife and I eat here. Last night the BBQ chicken was so dry I thought it would burst into dust. I was really bummed!
I popped in as they were cleaning up to close and sending out the last call-in orders, but they said it was no problem to help me still. They cheerfully made me up a custom bambino pizza. It was so good! Thanks for taking care of me.
