Great groceries, I wish they had lamb fries

The market has great products and a well organized layout, but the customer service is lacking. The Cashiers are frequently distracted by their phones, and when they do engage with customers, they mumble and don't communicate clearly. Their lack of professionalism and poor attitude towards customers really ruins what could otherwise be a great shopping experience.

I have been here a few times but today we decided to try some of the food they had at the register. Everything we got was absolutely amazing and such a good price! I was able to feed my family of 5 for 20$!!!

This is a great grocery store with a nice selection of sweets, produce, chocolates, and nuts. You can also try a variety of Turkish and Mediterranean foods here.

What doesn't this place have? The most well-rounded & well-stocked market I've seen around here. Produce, meat, fish, canned goods, freshly baked breads, tons of Middle Eastern fare, bulk items and more.
I went in this time for a few items for dinner: feta cheese & that delicious garlic spread plus some fresh baked Iraqi bread. Feta is a huge favorite in my house and those puny 6 ounce packages won't cut it. I bought a 4 pound bucket (they have several bigger sizes, too) for just $15. 6 still warm loaves of bread for $1.50.
The produce selection is, like most of the store, wider than the big grocery chains. So is the spice aisle, canned goods and my nemesis, the sweets. Cookies, sweets and candies call to me and resisting isn't easy.
I'll be in next for lentil soup ingredients. Yum!

This is the best kept secret in southeast Michigan! Cheap bulk spices - any spice you could ever want for 1/10th of what you'd pay in a standard supermarket, phenomenal middle eastern foods, fantastic prices for fresh produce, whole walnuts for $2.99/pound, fresh dates, raw almonds in season, an olive bar, bulk olive oil that's the best I've ever bought (Sultan brand), homemade yogurt, a bakery in the back where you can watch them take Iraqi bread straight from the oven right into your hands, fresh cooked falafel if you get there before they sell out, abundant fresh flowers and herb plants in the spring, juicy dried dates, I could go on and on and on.

I love this store!

Great variety of products, competitive prices, friendly staff and the bakery is equally impressive, with a wide selection of breads, pastries, and desserts that always taste homemade.

Delicious, fresh, and not overpriced. They are amazing. I get their pies all the time. 4 pies for 3 dollars or 6 for 4.50! You can't beat that price anywhere else. Love them!
