I stood at the register for 5 straight minutes to simply order a shake while 3 employees looked me in my eyes and said nothing. It wasn’t until I stood there and called to place my order that I was provided service. I truly feel it was racially motivated and I won’t be visiting this establishment ever again.

The food was as good as always but being the second time ordering from this store and my wife not getting her hole order yet again I’m kind of thinking it is either the fact that the employee’s can’t read or just don’t care what people order I’m thinking that me and my family will just order from a different store or will just not be ordering from potbellies in the future

Potbelly subs are among the best and this is the best Potbelly that I've visited. The bread is always fresh and toasted perfectly. Service is fast, even when the line is a bit long. And the oatmeal chocolate chip cookies are really, really good. Not cheap, but if you're a Costco member, get four $25 gift cards for just $74.99. That's effectively a 25% discount off the posted menu prices, a great deal!

I ordered online and my food was ready quickly. The apple walnut salad was good. The dressing and the sugar coated walnuts were on the side. Nice mixed greens but very large pieces which were hard to eat without cutting it up. The grilled chicken was like the precooked chicken that comes in a bag. It is not the best chicken. Amble items on the salad. Nice seating area but we didn't eat there.

They used to have doordash/ubereat orders ready in a timely manner about a year ago, but now you will have to wait 5-30 min sadly, they really have no respect for the time of drivers, who are bring more customers to their business. Shame on

Ordered online, had to call 2x to find out where my food was, 1st time I was put on hold. Called back again to be informed that a 3rd party had my food to be delivered. Then it didn't come how I had ordered it. Couldn't really call back and talk to bc I'm a nurse on duty and was in clinic. 1st time ordering from this location and I wasn't impressed for the amount I paid.
This potbelly is the best I have been too so far. I had the chicken club. It was great! Service was super friendly, the atmosphere was very relaxing, though busy. Will be coming by when I’m in the area again!

Ordered $60 worth of food, decided to try a new sub shop that was close. Was very disappointed. The family is still hungry & we have to go to McDonald’s to get a 40 pc nugget. There was no meat to be found on our subs we ordered and I had to check 3 times because it blew my mind. Pure bread and lettuce.. the Mac & cheese was very dry, and old looking. I don’t know if it was the cook on shift today because I know that has happened with prior experiences. You should be shamed. Pictures on website are very deceiving.

I have never had a good experience here. My coworkers wanted to order so I gave it another shot. The bread was extremely hard as though it had been over microwaved. The BLTA had the smallest, thinnest tomato, hardly any to speak of. This hard, "sandwich" was mostly lettuce. I will never go back.
