I haven’t been to Potbelly in a long time. I was so looking forward to the chicken salad sandwich! Unfortunately there was way too much pepper on it. My friends sandwich also had too much - making it hard to e mnjoy.

had a great experience. I ordered a Prime Rib and a Veggie Melt, and both sandwiches were made perfectly. Jessica did a phenomenal job with both the food and the customer service was friendly, attentive, and professional. Everything came out exactly how I wanted. I’ll definitely be coming back

I have never had a bad experience at Potbelly. The food is always delicious, hot, and fresh. The sugar cookies are my weakness. And all of the employees are so friendly and they get you in and out quickly! Will definitely be back.
