Had a charge dispute and went in the next day to get it refunded/reversed, and the manager was so awesome. It was lunch rush and she went out of her way to look up the charge and fix it on the spot. Appreciate her! Employees were nice as well. Always loved the food here.

I have recently placed a few to go orders and although they get backed up, they just keep plugging away until they get there. The orders are right which is more than most places can handle when they get behind... solid management I would assume!

I haven’t been to Potbelly in a long time. I was so looking forward to the chicken salad sandwich! Unfortunately there was way too much pepper on it. My friends sandwich also had too much - making it hard to e mnjoy.
