I JUST TRIED THEIR TIGER MILK TEA AND ITS THE BEST MILK TEA IVE HAD IN A GOOD WHILE AND THE GIRL WHO SERVED US WAS ALSO THE SWEETEST PERSON EVER!! I also tried their Mango snow(customized it to a mango smoothie) AND IT WAS DELICIOUS. The popping boba was amazing and so was the tapioca pearls which were incredibly soft!!! Def coming back here again even tho I live like 2hrs away

Overall has a great atmosphere with ambient music, tv's playing shows or YouTube videos, and they have their own board games you can use with friends. The drinks are pretty cheap and the staff is friendly. I would recommend the tiger milk tea if it's your first time going.

My friend and I came here on our lunch (we get 45 minutes) after waiting 45 minutes we approached the counter and the 2 employees I saw hadn’t even pulled our ticket. There was 1 other order and it wasn’t food, just 2 drinks and a cookie. I have no problem with employees having fun and talking but it took us going up to the counter for them to realize we were STILL waiting. After I walked out due to frustration, over the situation, he told my friend if we wanted the second chicken bowl (same exact bowl as the first) it would be even longer. We asked for a refund and left very upset. We are young and get that mistakes happen but I could not believe my eyes when I watched him pull my ticket after 30 minutes of waiting. It was more than a mistake. It was irresponsible. We tried the orange chicken bowl we did get and the batter was too thick for my liking and the rice was hard in some spots so it was either undercooked in places or old. I got a refund but I unfortunately won’t be back due to the food and negligence of the employees.

The three kids behind the counter talked amongst themselves while I waited at the counter for 10 minutes. They saw me walk in. Saw me walk to the cash register and I was visible. No one came to help me at all. One even walked my way with their back turned, flipped over a rag on the counter and walked away continuing their conversation….. did not help me at all. I just ended up grabbing my order which was strewn about the counter. I won’t spend money here again.

I'm obsessed with this place and visit once or twice a week on the way to work. I get rewards through snackpass so every few weeks I'll earn a free drink and can send points to others too. I love the selection of toppings and the staff is awesome. Today they gave me a free refill because I finished my drink before my food was ready! The popcorn chicken and mocha waffles are amazing. I'm so glad this place exists. The atmosphere is great too, I just wish there was more comfortable seating. I usually get it to go though so only sit while waiting on my order to come up.

4.6 stars Ordered blueberry milk tea with tapioca and Nutella mochi waffle. I would like a no sugar option but the lowest was 30%. Their large size drink was decently large. Drink met expectation but was not the best in Troy area.
Nutella waffle with no fillings tasted “chocolatey”. It was really chewy! What I liked most about this place was that the room was spacious. There were sockets for chargers and public WiFi. I would like to stay here all day. Last but not least, their servers were really friendly. Def would visit again ?

It's probably borderline embarrassing how often I get tea from Quickly! Their tea is consistently delicious, a great size for the price, and I love that you can order on your way with the Snack Pass app.
Their taro mochi waffles are also delicious!
If you need a quiet place to sit and work this is a nice places as well they have tons of outlets to plug in your devices and a pretty calm vibe during the day.
