I met the most friendly and pleasant young lady here the other day .. she told me about the difference flavors of chocolate (I ate a few choices lol) and showed me around the store. Sarah's has a wide variety of cake & cookie supplies. The staff is very helpful. I plan to dive in to chocolates next. They allow you to sample the various chocolates to find the best one for your project.
I cannot emphasize enough how sweet and helpful the owner is!!She is a great resource for anyone, whether you're making your first birthday cake or, (like myself,) you are a professional cake decorator looking to expand your skillset, she'll cheerfully help you troubleshoot!This is the only business that I can say, I always walk out the door with a smile on my face, knowledge in my head, and inspiration in my heart.
