A good friend of mine and myself recently stopped by Shake Shack in Troy while having a lunch break from work. We both hadn't had Shake Shack in a while but decided to stop by. We ended up being served by Dakota who did an amazing job! She continuously checked up on us and ensured we had everything we needed and were satisfied. Dakota seriously deserves a promotion/raise. She made our experience better than we could've imagined.

Great burger with lettuce wrap! The fried chicken was good and the custard was alright. For two to eat it was about $50 which is pricey for this style of restaurant. That was even with a coupon.

I've been here twice now. The first time didn't go so well. I didn't think the did tasted that good. I didn't like the fries. The second visit was better...the SmokeShack burger seemed to be on the small side, but it tasted good. The shake I got was okay... Nothing special. I'm not sure I'm going to go back.
