I made a pick up order and a staff member was incredibly rude to me. I was going to let it slide but not only was she rude, but she also gave me the wrong order. I called to inform the manager and request our correct order. He gave us our original order, a free shake, AND a $10 gift card. He said he also spoke with the staff who was rude. I didn't expect such a generous reaction, but it definitely made up for the original poor service. Thank you Shake Shack!

The burgers were great and were a pretty good value, while the rest of the food seemed overpriced. The fries are nothing special, pretty good, but definitely overpriced. The shakes are made from custard and have that custard tang to them, not bad necessarily, but not everyone likes that. The drinks and shakes seem overpriced as well for what you're getting. Probably goes over better in big cities, but as they try to open more in the Midwest I'm not sure that will go...

This is the spot to visit every time I’m in town always fast service in and out Dakota was very helpful with the menu and at the Dine-In Kiosk she would be a good reason for coming back!!
