Initially went to another restaurant but found they were closed for the day. Since i was already in the shopping complex i went to Shinonaru. Knew nothing about the menu so i asked what's the most popular items. Was told the Tonkotsu variation were popular. Went w the Red. Very good.

I ordered a sweet potato roll and black tonkotsu ramen and my husband ordered the red tonkotsu ramen.
Service was efficient. We received our food faster than I would have anticipated given how busy they were at the time we ordered.
The sweet potato roll was solid. It was nice to find a place with a few more non-fish based rolls available.
