We go every Friday as a treat for my kid. Seems lately there is always an issue...served cold burger, wrong items, add-ons we didn't ask for (candy to slushy), wrong size, short changed, tots & fries super greasy, etc.
Service was excellent as always the food. The Pickle Fries ? we hot yummy and perfect. I highly recommend them for any pickle addicts out there. They're worth it!!! Will be back for more..???
I go to Sonic solely for their grape slushie with nerds, it’s so good. However, I feel like these employees either don’t care or are overworked and understaffed. Sometimes they’re quick to answer the drive thru but other times it takes a few minutes. These employees usually have a line wrapped around the building and they struggle to get orders out in a timely manner. The staff are kind of rude, which I would be too if I was understaffed. Management needs help from the owners...
