The new coffee recipes are weak. Starbucks corp cost cutting efforts have gone to far and now to coffee is watery.

I just feel like if I’m ordering an over priced cup of coffee I should at least get a full cup of over priced coffee. Maybe not have to wait 20 minutes in a drive thru line as well? Just do better.

This is my favorite Starbucks location… I’ll literally go out of my way to go to this one because the employees are friendly and they always go out of their way to just be nice… I also ordered a drink that’s a little bit different and other locations give me grief time and time again this place always makes my drink no problem!!

Good coffee but message to the manager. Could you clean the vents when there are no customers there because there is was crusty dust all over my coffee,laptop and water.

Ordered through the drive thru, ordered a large gingerbread iced latte, after they were out of the other 2 items I wanted.. then they gave me a freaking small latte.

Ordered a venti caramel macchiato at kids temp/warm, received it as scolding hot and 2/3 cup filled. The employee at the drive-thru window also wasn't very pleasant. Would not recommend this location at all.
Order at drive thru. My food items ready when I got to windiw then waited waited for drink. Drink was not done the it was ordered. Then looking at order stickers was not my drink anyway. Not a great experience this morning. My once a week treat. Was not a treat today.

Cashier (dude with short hair and glasses) fought with me and gave me an attitude. Not even one smile. I didn’t feel welcomed at all. Worst Starbucks I’ve been to. He argued with me about filling my doppio with oat milk. No other location gave me an issue.
I asked for the cup to be lined with caramel. He marked caramel drizzle. Apparently he doesn’t know the difference. He told me they’re the same thing. They most certainly are not. The guy looked very unhappy, he had a demeanor about him that just said to me “go away”.
The barista was very kind or else I’d have given this a one star. Shout out to the barista because he was awesome. Even he looked annoyed at the cashier which makes sense because he was busy and had a 5 drink order ahead of mine and he was kind enough to make mine first. He had curly hair. Cool style.
I won’t be returning to this location. I got a dirty chai yesterday and the barista didn’t steam the milk properly, it tasted burnt. I watched him do it. When steaming milk one should move it up and down, like milking a cow, but he just held it stationary. It was an extra foam drink too.
This has got to be one of the slowest starbucks in town, I could have already driven to three other locations and gotten my drink by now. It's also pretty dirty.
