Order two drinks hot chocolate and hot chocolate with pepper mint got the chocolate with pepper mint got that drink then took them like 40mins to get the other drink and that one was like luke warm

This is the worst Starbucks I had ever been in. I waited 42 minutes for a simple drink. Everyone else who was after me got their drinks. But me? when I went to cancel my order, she goes to me. Oh, I pushed it 5 minutes in the queue. Well guess what? After 5 minutes, I didn't receive my order. So I went back again to cancel it. She showed up calling my name, it took me 42 minutes to get my drink !!

BEST Starbucks I’ve visited in Troy so far! The customer service is *chef’s kiss*. So polite, warm and welcoming. Bravo! My only suggestion is that they get the round ice!

This Starbucks didn’t have the usual energy and welcoming vibe I typically expect. I wasn’t greeted when I walked in, and the person taking orders wasn’t very friendly. I asked about the new protein milk, but the explanation I got was confusing and didn’t make much sense. Service was also on the slower side—I originally went through the drive-thru but came inside hoping to save time, and it wasn’t much faster. Overall, not the best experience compared to other Starbucks locations.

Honestly I would avoid this location at all cost, I waited 25 mins for them to make my order. After notifying them about my order that wasn’t made, it still took them an extra 10 mins for them to NOT make my order. This was a huge inconvenience and a crazy start to the day. This location is extremely slow. I would not go back.
