Stoney river steak house in (Troy ) Customer service was awful yesterday evening. The greeter absolutely has know clue. The front staff needs guidance. They gave my reservation to someone else while I was waiting and then told me I had to wait for the next available table. So Unprofessional! I have never experienced anything like this before.. they didn’t even respect my reservation. We left and went to Eddie V’s and was treated with Class and excellent top - notch customer service and the food was amazing. I Highly recommend Eddie V’s. I will never go to Stoney river steak house again and I definitely will not recommend it to anyone. Do better Stoney river steak house.

As always, Stoney River Steakhouse did not disappoint! The food, ambience , and service were excellent! What a great place to celebrate my birthday with friends! Even the location is convenient!!

The professionalism of our server, Angela, was superior. The staff, managed by Michelle, was professional and courteous! Whether you choose to order seafood or one of the delicious meat entrees, you’ll be so pleased!!!

I highly recommend Stoney River Steakhouse.

Parking: There are about 20 parking spots, that are very close to the front of the restaurant, as well as the option of valet parking (most evenings). The “overflow” spots are conveniently located and nearby, as well.

Wheelchair accessibility: There are handicap spots up front and valet parking available most evenings. The doorways and pathways in the restaurant are ample to accommodate a wheelchair or walker.

Good place. Prices arnt awful for the type of restaurant. Sat at the bar for an early dinner. Service was excellent, food was good. The Draper drink is really good!

Really enjoyed my outing here at Stoney River. I regret not getting our waiters name as she worked very diligently to ensure our evening ran nice and smooth. The steak bites were delicious and my salad was too! Overall the experience was very elegant, professional and simple enjoyable. I for sure will return and spread the word on how our experience was one to remember.

The Ceasar salad was really good. My partner got ranch on hers, but said it was a little sweet. The salmon was really good as well as the egg rolls. Melissa was a great server.

I had gone here and had a great experience! I thought our server, Angela, was absolutely fantastic. I had ordered lamb chops, and the temperature of them when I first received them was medium-well (I had asked for medium rare), but Angela came out and handled the situation very well. I would come back again and try something new, and probably ask for Angela again!
