Stood at front counter for 10 minutes before I yelled to the back for someone to help me. Was told to wait, waited another 3 minutes or so for employee to come up. Older black lady, no name tag, headphone over both ears just stares at me. No greeting no nothing. So I place my order, she asked me to say it again cause you know headphones are on. I repeat it again. She starts to make it, I ask no green peppers and she completely ignores me and puts them on anyways. I’m allergic to them but what ever I will pci them off and I won’t eat them. We get to condiments and I noticed the green peppers are embedded in a mountain of cheese, fantastic now it’s not edible. Look up to the employee again no words just staring me down as if I’m a problem for her. Intimidated from her expression I paid for a meal I can’t and won’t eat. Subway can upgrade to fresh what ever but with employees like this everyone will always prefer jersey mikes. Won’t be coming to this location again even if it’s the last one open. Could have made a bologna sandwich at home and been happier.

Will not be back again. Will frequent the one on the border of Clawson/Troy that almost always has great service. Several times now (I always try to give the benefit of the doubt) I have received shoddy service when ordering online and picking up at this location. (There was no one else in there when we picked up either). I ordered the following last night:Steak & Cheese Wrap -Monterey Cheddar, Green Peppers, Red Onions, Tomatoes, Less Jalapeños, Less Lettuce, Baja Chipotle. It was $13.49 mind you.What I received was: A wrap w/ the meat & slight amount of cheese, 3 very small pieces of green pepper (that would amount to 1/4 slice maybe), small 1/2 slice of red onion, no tomatoes, LOTS OF jalapeños, 1 single piece of lettuce. 1 single piece!! and a minimal amount of sauce. You know that was no accident when it contains a single piece of lettuce. I'm sorry. Like why... And i notice now that the guy below me also said he was missing lettuce in his SALAD. (Have to organize by newest)I don't normally "count" each item in my wrap but I had to break it open & put it in a bowl when all I could see was meat. For this price, come on, hire people that are more competent.

African American women who works there haves a nasty attitude and negative vibes. Rushing me and negative language is a no. Have better workers or dont open. For the lady, work back of the house since physical customer service is not your thing.

Mary at the Walmart subway have a pleasant attitude about everything. She’s friendly pleasant thorough. She deserves a 10 star plus a raise. She goes far and beyond her job duties.Vegetarian options: Nice selection. Can use more impossible burger, meat, substitutes to menu.

The employee tossed a customer sandwhich in the trash, after the customer asked for mayo and ranch on his sandwich three times. The employee was not listening. The environment was very uncomfortable and hostile. So unprofessional.

Refused to.make a chopped salad for a handicap person and I know for a fact they do make them I've had them there a million times but the woman was to lazy to do it so she lied and said they dont Chop salads she was rude and nasty and very unprofessional..won't ever go there again..

Not one employee was in a good mood. All were extremely rude. & they were extremely sloppy making my sandwich & made very rude gestures whenever I’d ask for the next topping on my sandwich. If I could rate this a 0 I would. Never coming back.

First of all there is no a/c and the same wrap I get once a week at other subways was nearly 4 dollars more. Never ever ever again. Make it make sense please. And the wrap wasn’t wrapped properly it started falling apart halfway through. I then asked the young lady if anyone ever said they were more expensive than other locations and she simply said yea and walked off.

This Subway is extremely clean. I placed a catering order with Melissa. She went above and beyond to be sure that everything in my order was perfect. And it was. You would literally think she’s the owner, with the extraordinary customer care. Maybe she is the owner! If she’s not, they are super lucky to have her as their employee.
