Ordered through Subway app, lunch time, arrived there on time, I was told the bread was still baking, waited 15mins, when ready only 2 out of 3 footlongs were ok, the 3rd came in a square bread.

Visited this store today and the lady who was helping me asked me a question and when I told her again what I was asking for she shook her head. I am not sure what customer service this is but I don't appreciate the attitude. I decided to take my business elsewhere and she kept saying bye have a nice day as I was asking for her name as well as the name of the Manager.

Main lady could barely speak english, had to repeat multiple times, 2nd person was new and it took 15 mins to get my sub. Also the person behind me checked out before me!

Shame on the OWNERS of this Subway. The poor lady working there who couldn’t speak English, called because the computer wasn’t working and basically I wasted 30 minutes having a sub made for me that I couldn’t pay for. Ridiculous. I feel so sorry for the lady working there. The owners of this subway should be ashamed of theirselves.

They close their subway 20 mins before they actually close. So that's an automatic 1/5 stars for me. A customer literally came in 20 mins before and the girl told him to leave ... lol never coming here again
