They're unable to make orders on time, they didn't even start one until 15 minutes I had already been there. Last time I stood at the counter for 5 minutes before an employee looked in our direction, this time it was 8 minutes. Management is putting too much on too few employees and ultimately failing the Taco Bell name.
You know it is good when middle schoolers are riding their bikes to go here. Don't mind the mess they leave and the noise and weird Gen Z stares they give employees and customers with their mushroom cap hairdos that they fluff up.
Management sounds competent. Give them more resources.

By far the best experience I have ever had inside a taco bell, service was incredible, atmosphere was lovely, and the food was comparable to a Michelin star experience. There are two taco bells between me and this location and it is worth the further drive every time.
